Staples
We didn’t think about staples as a material to create with until some oversize staples were donated to the Materials Center several years ago. Since then, it has become a manipulative that surprises and intrigues both children and adults who have the chance to play, create and build with it. For older children, try standard staples too! We received ours as a donation, but here are two links for staples you can purchase: oversized or smaller, but not standard.
